StarCraft II: Legacy of the Void PC Game Overview
The campaign and episode for StarCraft II protoss is called Legacy of the Void. It will be released independently of the other two games, Wings of Liberty and Heart of the Swarm, and takes place chronologically after them, starting right after Heart of the Swarm ends. This is the third and final StarCraft II product. In 2009, it was anticipated to be priced as an expansion. It will now, however, be released as a stand-alone game and won’t require vanilla StarCraft II to play. A simultaneous PC and Mac release is planned.
As the powerful protoss race’s leader, you are Hierarch Artanis. Your homeworld of Aiur was destroyed by the ruthless zerg Swarm many years ago. You are finally ready to take back your world because you have amassed the Golden Armada, a formidable fleet of warcraft. Amon, an ancient evil, poses a threat to both this destiny and the galaxy’s overall fate. The only person who can bring the protoss factions back together and stop the darkness from engulfing the entire sector in life is you.
