Bards sing about heroes from bygone eras, but they seldom ever speak of heroes to come. A farmer in the little community of West Harbor is one such hero. Our hero, who was raised as his own kid by the elf ranger Daeghun, is going to take on a big mission against the King of Shadows. The story of his deeds is told in Neverwinter Nights 2. In Neverwinter Nights 2: Mask of the Betrayer, his adventures continue. The protagonist finds himself under a foreboding spell. a curse of insatiable desire that can only be lifted by eating spirits’ souls. He must go to the Shadow Realm, which is home to troubled people and sinister secrets, in order to lift the curse.
Storm of Zehir, the second installment of Neverwinter Nights, provides a respite from heroic trials and big quests of destiny. All you have to do is put together a party of four explorers (either by carefully selecting each character’s attributes and abilities or by rerolling your characters at random until you find the ones that work best for you) and see where the adventure takes you.
