Bionic Commando PC Game Overview

Nathan “R.A.D.” Spencer, the bionicly augmented character from the 1988 Nintendo Entertainment System original, makes a reappearance in Bionic Commando, the first true sequel. Spencer has not had a good time with time: He was deceived by the nation he vowed to serve, imprisoned for crimes he didn’t commit, and given a death sentence five years after his valiant defeat of the Imperials.

Terrorists explode a huge experimental weapon in Ascension City on the day that Spencer is to be executed, causing a powerful earthquake that destroys the city and kills all of its inhabitants. There is only one remaining option for the FSA: a behind-the-lines attack. With the terrain in ruins and the city’s air defense grid under the control of a huge terrorist group whose exact objective is unknown.

That position is ideal for a Bionic Commando.

The popular swing-and-shoot gameplay of the 8-bit original is translated into a breathtaking 3D setting in Bionic Commando, complete with tall skyscrapers, suspended roads and monorails, steep gorges, and sheer rock sides that may be explored by wall-walking, swinging, scaling, and climbing.

Key Features:

  • With the bionic arm, you may zip up on hanging girders, latch onto far-off objects, and swing between tall skyscrapers at an amazing speed while creating your own path through the game.
  • Play through both vertical and horizontal environments in a 3D game that makes full use of all three dimensions. Complete multiplayer mode with detailed stat monitoring to see if you’re a real commando or just a common privateer
  • Utilize the bionic arm’s strength and next-generation physics to realistically launch heavy objects, beat up adversaries, whip them into the air, and tear apart the environment.
  • Obtain a diverse range of weapons fit for a Bionic Commando.
  • Nathan Spencer is portrayed by Mike Patton, the former lead vocalist of Faith No More.
  • Developed by the Swedish studio GRIN, creators of the critically acclaimed PC franchise Ghost Recon: Advanced Warfighter
