The new real-time strategy game Battlefleet Gothic: Armada 2 is based on the well-known tabletop game from Games Workshop, which depicts the epic space conflicts of the Warhammer 40,000 universe.
Building upon the foundations set by its predecessor, Battlefleet Gothic: Armada 2 is a fully realized sequel that surpasses its predecessor in terms of size, depth, visual appeal, and ambition. At launch, it will feature all 12 factions from the original tabletop game, as well as the expansions that made up the game: Drukhari, the T’au Merchant and Protector Fleets, the Imperial Navy, Space Marines, Adeptus Mechanicus, Necrons, Chaos, Aeldari Corsairs, Aeldari Craftworld, Orks, and Tyranids.
The Gathering Storm and the Thirteenth Black Crusade, the most recent major plot development in the Warhammer 40,000 universe, provide the backdrop for three large-scale, very narratively rich campaigns that center on the Tyranids, Necrons, and Imperium. Investigate the Eye of Terror’s systems while facing off against or alongside well-known figures like Belisarius Cawl, Gulliman, and others.
