You assume the role of freshly released prisoner Rogan Harker. In order to make new acquaintances and start over, he journeys to the Frontier. However, the dominant Federation still maintains most of its hold over the Frontier, and the recently formed Alliance has little use for outlaws. The life of a pirate is one of perpetual peril and is regarded with dread. Finding and maintaining friends and allies can be extremely difficult. Can Rogan, with his young pirate fleet, earn fame and money despite being beset on all sides?
